DENATURED
An Undergraduate written journal on everything biotechnology & Medicine
Our Mission
The idea for Denatured was conceived in the Spring of 2015 by five ambitious undergraduates. All with passions for biological sciences, technology & engineering, and medicine, the group realized the lack of accessible and understandable biotechnology literature for the common individual. While the Internet is filled with scientific publications and manuscripts, they require an extremely high level of comprehension and background knowledge. Our goal is to unravel much of the same amazing information on biomedical research, happenings, and history in a way that is easily understood and enjoyed by high school students, casual readers, and research scholars alike. Our passion is in the science of improving health, and we hope it becomes yours too.

Education
Our biggest goal is to educate anyone and everyone on the new and expanding field of biomedical sciences.

A Global Field
While we're based out of the University of Washington and we love our institution, we realize biomedical sciences exist around the globe. Knowing so, we strive to deliver the happenings not just in Seattle but from around the world.
